New Year's Eve Online Booking FAQs

What is your cancellation policy?
Answer: New Year’s Eve events are noncancelable. To find out more, visit bowlerocorp.com/nye-online-booking-terms to view our full terms and conditions.

What if I need to update the number of people in my party after I book?
Answer: After you complete your booking, you can add to your headcount up until the day of your party! (Additions are based on lane availability.) However, cancellations and party reductions are restricted.

Can I reserve without paying in full?
Answer: In order to enjoy the ease of booking online, you must pay for the party package in full upon booking. Part of the convenience of our party packages is that you can plan and book your party all in one go. On the day of your event, just show up and have a blast!

What is an "event fee"?
Answer: The event fee covers administrative costs for your event and takes care of overhead associated with producing your (*amazing*) party. The event fee is not a gratuity and will not be distributed to personnel that provide service at the event. No gratuity to personnel is required or expected.

How many people are assigned to each lane?
Answer: A maximum of 8 people may be assigned to a single lane. In the event that all lanes are occupied, but not to capacity, guests from other parties may be combined with guests from your lanes in order to accommodate as many patrons as possible.

If I don’t reserve, are walk-ins welcome?
Answer: You are welcome to try, but our centers are very popular during New Year’s Eve. The only way to ensure you’ll get a lane is to book ahead of time.

Do any packages include alcohol?
Answer: All packages include a champagne or sparkling cider toast (your choice)! You can also add on drink packages during the booking process for the Ball Drop event. Alcohol packages are only available at centers that serve alcohol. Please have all guests bring valid photo I.D. to the event. Alcohol service restricted to guests of legal drinking age and as appropriate to protect the safety of guests.

Who is my main point of contact? Who should I ask for when I arrive?
Answer: When you arrive for your event, please check in at the front desk and provide us with your party name. We'll then connect you to the appropriate point-person who will help get the ball rolling and set up your party with the utmost care and precision.

Can I bring my own food/drinks?
Answer: We'd love to accommodate, but, unfortunately, no outside food or beverage is allowed into the center. Your safety is our number one priority, and in order to ensure a safe environment for all of our guests—especially as it pertains to the preparation, service, and delivery of food and beverage items—we assume the liability as the sole provider of all food and beverage within our centers. With so many of our guests experiencing food allergies, this policy has become a necessity, and we hope you understand. If you have any questions/concerns, please feel free to contact us at [email protected]. We'd love to hear from you!

I really (really) don't like to pay for parking... Is there free parking at the center?
Answer: Almost all of our centers have free parking, but, to be sure, you may want to send us an email or give us a call prior to your arrival—just to confirm.

What if I still can't find what I'm looking for?
Answer: Simply send us an email at [email protected] and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. You can also call us at 866-211-3369, between Monday and Friday from 9:30am-8pm EST.
